Close to the old center, a few minutes walk, for me it was a great location. The place is clean, gives a feeling of home, the landlady is nice and helps in everything possible, gives the feeling that she is always here for the benefit of the guests. I just mentioned that there was a problem with the shower and after ten minutes they replaced the shower head with a new one.

Matty House is really excellent for people to stay. The owner took me carefully for every thing. I planed to leave lodging little bit later due to my earlier flight, however the owner reminded me to leave half hour earlier after she checked my flight schedule. Unless I should have missed my flight today. The room is very clean, and all facilities are nice, which made me a very good stay. The price is very reasonable, especially by comparing it with all the facilities and services offered by the House. I promise that I will be backagain.

Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Playa Los Yuyos είναι περίπου 1,2 χλμ μακριά. the breakfast was good. wish they had fresh brewed coffee. it was nice to have the food served to you in the apartment. A safe neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the center of town, with restaurants and shops. Quieter than Miraflores, buses and taxis to take you there. Augusto y Aida were very nice and accommodating and a good value!

Good location near the airport, lots of restaurants and stores around. Clean room with a comfortable bed (I've got an upgrade to the double room) and nice hot shower. The room is inside a family home, the family is very kind with a super cute dog and cat. They offer airport pick up and drop off, which was perfect for me. I even could choose what to eat for breakfast and got it served to my room. Very good value for the money, definitely recommended!
