We stayed right during Christmas and it was everything we needed at the moment: accommodations were new and/or vey well mantained, the room was super clean, cozy, warm and safe. We arrived late at night and even though the instructions were a bit tricky, the process of getting the keys was actually super simple: just go to the reception first, get the keys, then proceed to the room using the given entrance code. Reception is 24h and we could also leave our luggage there after we left the room (extra bonus points for that!). As to the location, it was super near the Christmas fair and the central area, but also quiet at night. It felt very safe walking about any time of the day and night in the vicinity.

The main entrance staff are different from the hotel services, but the young receptionists were all kind, helpful, spoke English and assisted us find good places to dine and walk about. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, and having the coffee machine was a plus. The living area was good and one can work and rest as well. The tub was great and the toilet was clean. The entrance to the room.is safe with a door card only for guests, which is great. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the great service.
