Poon, Michel and Kan were extremely welcoming, thoughtful and helpful, sharing lots of invaluable tips about the local area, and arranging our transport. Poon's breakfasts were the best food we had in Thailand! I'm vegan and my partner is vegetarian, and she made some delicious, creative Thai breakfasts for us. The room was immaculate, very comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with several restaurants and a minimart within easy walking distance. We rented a scooter and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area. The scenery around Sam Roi Yot is stunning, and the roads are quiet so the driving was straight forward. There is plenty to see and do, and we saw lots of wildlife (kingfishers, bee-eaters, Dusky Langurs) as we explored. Thank you Poon, Michel and Kan for an absolutely wonderful time at Namaste!

We stayed in the little cabin, it was small, but there's only 2 of us and (to our regret) we only stayed 2 nights. (We really wished we had booked longer, but already had advance bookings further south.). The village is small with several places to eat and drink. The beach is really long and was very quiet during our stay. The hosts of Wandee are super helpful, kind and friendly. They have several types of bungalow available and it's just 3 minutes walk from the beach. The garden is beautiful, full of nature and wildlife and also many little art installations. They also have bicycles that you can borrow and can arrange a scooter hire if you wish. This guest house has been our favourite place to stay on this trip so far. Highly recommend.

There is a balcony, too. There is a fridge and plenty of surfaces to put things. A really good shower and great air-conditioning. In the morning, there is breakfast (included). The people running the guesthouse are so nice and friendly. One of the best places I have stayed.

While it's not facing the sea, access to the beach is only a short walk to the back of the house. Super convenient.
