The location is fabulous, right by the beach, and the property is just stunning. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cheese and wine hour as well as three kinds of cookies in the dining area. The room itself was HUGE and really beautiful, with a comfortable bed, two sitting areas, a fireplace, a spa bath and a shower. I was honestly floored. Also, breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS. Those blueberry pancakes are amazing.

The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen is great and the living spaces are inviting to stay home all day. it's very quiet even though it's close the 7th ave and the beach is a short walk away. there's a nice cafe 2 min walk from the house and a fish market 10 min walk. we would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Royal Viila, Seascape. The apartment was beautifully presented, well equipped, and really comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave! We loved the wonderful seaview from the balcony. We spotted many whales, which really made it special. We enjoyed the nicely kept pool and other resort amenities, the easy access to a beautiful beach and the extra touches in the apartment, such as beach chairs, parasols and games made it feel like a perfect home away from home. The location was great for exploring Santa Cruz, Monterey, and the many attractions in the area. We would recommend to families, couples and friends.

After a first (lesser) impression upon arrival, you are surprised when you enter the room. Convenient with access code on the door. Everything is there, clean towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, plates/cutlery for when you want to eat something, coffee machine. Lovely terrace behind the room with 2 nice chairs.

Το Pine Acres Lodge βρίσκεται σε Πασίφικ Γκρόουβ, σε ακτίνα 1 χλμ από Παραλία Asilomar State Beach και 4,6 χλμ από Presidio of Monterey Museum. We loved the family feel and laid back atmosphere / nice decor for holidays and wonderful employees here ~~ was my husband and grown son and myself ~~ holiday time . unit was so clean and beds were very comfy. Our unit was nicely stocked with towels and kitchen apparatus - all you need for a visit or to cook basics. i am an allergy sufferer and noticed not the hint of anything to make allergies flare up. This property is full of genuinely nice peeps. thanks for a wonderful stay in the beautiful state of CA.

It is a charming hotel, with small cottages. The room is very comfy. It had wine, cheese and a snack available for the hotel guests from 3pm to 5pm, it was really nice!
