First of all - the house itself is equipped with many smart home features, including big screen TVs in every room, perfect temperature settings, and conveniences like warm floors, good lighting arrangements, Bluetooth speakers (connect your phone to the superb surround sound system) and other little touches that prove plenty of thought and was put into the design. The kitchen is also tech-savvy, making it a joy to cook in. Overall, the place is new, beautifully designed, very cozy and just a few minutes' walk to Lake Harmony. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal getaway. Plenty of white-tail deer came to visit the back yard during breakfast, adding to the beauty and tranquility of the place. The fire pit made for cozy evenings outside, and the gas barbecue made for the perfect cookout experience. Overall, this house is a gem with its modern amenities, beautiful design, and serene location. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape to the Poconos!

We enjoyed the Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, as well as the porch, fully equipped kitchen , pool table . The house was big enough for a large family or several friends.

The Fireplace was tricky the first time but worth the effort the warmth on this cool rainy weekend was a very nice touch in the evening.
