The room smells great & the hotel staff (Michael, Huy & others) was just hospitable, kind & very helpful. We stayed for a night & we booked Halong Bay cruise tour (V’Spirit) from them as well. The pre checkin was prompt & Michael handled the cruise booking & pickup so readily via WhatsApp. The checkin’s smooth & Huy took us to our room which’s at level 2 (there’s elevator so it’s great for our mother who has difficulty with stairs) & the room smells really nice. The room’s spacious with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, tidy & clean. Located just within walking distance from alot of places (St.Joseph Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, eateries, etc). The breakfast is at another building, which is just 1 min away & offered delicious banana chocolate pancake! Additionally, they also let us use their bathroom for a good shower before we leave for our night train to Sapa. Was mentally prepared for a not so clean night, so this is a really generous & kind extra service provided. Recommended! And we’ll return again after our Sapa trip!

The area is VERY near the lake and the cathedral. It is near shops and food stalls. She makes sure you get all your meals ready and prepares them for you. She was so kind in always asking if i needed anything since i was traveling alone. If you are looking for a place to stay in old quarter hanoi, affordable, comfy and clean, stay in this place!

The host was super nice and very helpful, recommended us some great places to eat, on arrival he offered us some homemade cookies and water helping us with our bags to the room, he was very quick and responsive whenever we needed any help or questions. The location was literally perfect, you walk down the stairs and walk out onto the busy street where your in the heart of the tourist area with lots of great restaurants and cafes and a very convenient 7Eleven right across the street. The property is very close to all the main attractions and we found it really easy to walk to all of them. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room but that’s just my opinion. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Not the best room we've stayed but definitely good value for the money. The owner is the the nicest and very important the most honest person we've encountered in Vietnam on our trip. I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
