Simon's Town has a certain charm to it. We ate out at Dixie's. The food was great and the cocktails packed a punch.

All units come with sea views and kitchen facilities. Some have a patio or balcony. Nothing to dislike, great position to see the penguins which was why we were in Simon's Town, but the Baboons wander the town on an evening great fun. Beautiful apartment with the most amazing view across the bay, a way out of town so we had to drive in but found a shopping area a short way out of town, stocked up and spent most evenings on the balcony just admiring the views. We were minutes from the boardwalk and there are more penguins there than the viewing area with the droves of tourists. An easy drive down to the cape of good hope where you can see Ostriches.
