The house was enormous, the bed as well and super comfortable. The owner is an amazing person, it’s a family hotel, nothing can go wrong with it. If you are coming to Kapan with a car, you must stay here.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was tasty. The staff also shared helpful tips and recommendations about tours and sightseeing in Khustup, which added a lot to the overall experience.

Clean, very comfortable beds and warm blankets. Good breakfast. Really delicious home-made jams. Since the village is unpaved and roads turn muddy when it rains, if you're on foot and with wheeled luggage, ask the owner to pick you up from the highway in his car. He was nice enough to drop me off too and made sure I got on the right minibus (which he also booked).

This was best experience on our trip! Tatev is a beautiful small village in mountains, with beautiful things to see. Hosts Tamara and Gayane are super friendly ladies who run this facility. Breakfast is amazing with all domestic products. We felt like at home. I surely recomend this b&b
