Spacious and comfortable room, really good beds and pillows. The location of the hotel is more than perfect, museums, sights and cool restaurants in a walking distance. The staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with lots of options. We would definitely come back to this nice hotel.

This establishment is managed by a lovely woman named Lori. She is always helpful and cheerful, and you can clearly tell that she cares about her guests' comfort. The villa is great. The rooms are spacious, the living area is cozy and has a projector. The location is excellent, far enough from the busy main road, but just a walking distance to Yerevan city center. (Make sure to visit the Armenian Genocide Museum, also just a walking distance away.) I felt very welcomed during my whole stay, and I met many wonderful people. There aren't many reviews at the time of writing, but that's because this is a very new established. I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia in the future!

While it's not exactly in the city center, it's quite close. We'd looked at a few places in the city center before this one, but they weren't as clean or comfortable as this one. Everything was great. The Booking.com map shows the location as opposite, but Google Maps shows the correct location.

Undoubtedly, this place is one of the most exceptional I've ever been. The family was incredibly friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing me to rest peacefully. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes.🍳Breakfast was delicious.
