We had originally booked a basic room that required another 30 minutes of travel from checkin, but they kindly upgraded our room for free so we wouldn't have to travel any further.

Location is incredible, big Spar is beneath the building, huge Westfield mall 1min from Citadines, and the metro station is across the street. The building is new, everything seems so luxurious. I was afraid that I will be cold but every room has air condition that you can adjust. Room is perfect, clean, warm. We didn't have the kitchen since we were staying only 4 nights. I guess for staying longer you get it. There is a fridge, a tea pot. You can always take the tea, or coffee on the reception, it's free. Which is incredible because in a lot of places in Vienna it isn't. Stuff is so friendly, they gave us everything we asked for. We were just so satisfied with everything. This is my no.1 adress for Vienna.

Had a lovely time in Vienna. The apartment is perfectly located - between two metro stations. It’s situated by a beautiful bridge, where you can take evening walks. Close to a shopping center and a restaurant district. There’s a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, decorated stylishly. The sleeping area is cozy, and the pull-out sofa had an extra mattress that made it feel like a real bed. In front of the building, there’s a vending machine with coffee capsules, snacks, drinks for everyone, and something for adults as well. Excellent communication with the owner. Rating 11/10!!!

The room and bathroom were clean. Pictures represent reality. Room is very worm. Staff is polite and friendly. Public transportation is literally outside the Bassena hotel, including Airport Shuttle. We didn’t try the breakfast, hence, cannot comment on that.
