My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, plus it was incredibly convenient - just steps away from the penguin beach. But what truly amazed me was their outstanding integrity. After I checked out, I realized I'd left my treasured watch behind. I was heartbroken, thinking it was lost for good. Imagine my immense relief and gratitude when the hotel manager contacted me! Not only had they found and safely stored it, but they kindly offered to mail it back to me in Hong Kong. The joy of getting my watch back was incredible. This genuine care and going the extra mile for a guest is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much! Combined with the lovely room and perfect location, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. An outstanding experience!

A cosy room on a cold rainy stay. The electric fire was lovely. Shower was great. Opposite the pub and a short walk to see the penguins. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Very kind stuff, borrowed us red foil to see the penguins, we saw even a penguin in the holiday park, comfortable bed, heating worked well, also in bathroom

We stayed in Abbey's Cottage and it was a really nice place. It was beautifully decorated, has an old charm and has all the amenities we needed. The cottage was also a 2 min drive from The Nut and a 5 min walk to the beach and penguin viewing platform.
