1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

The temperature in the room was perfect and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in!! Breakfast is definitely the highlight of the place, great choice and quality! THIS APARTMENT IS AMAZING It’s a new apartment everything is well newly renovated and the apartment is well refurbished, it feels homely. All amenities can be found in the apartment. It's a very clean and spacious apartment,recommended for families or group of friends traveling to brussels! Also it's located very near to the central of brussels so it's very accessible to roam around the city. The street felt safe also it's near to a grocery store to buy some necessities . Also there’s one downside is that there’s no heat dryers for laundry however there’s a laundromat about 2 mins walk so it’s all fine. There’s no air conditioner as well however,brussels is already as cold as it is, so there’s no need for that as my family still felt chilly at night despite turning on the heater. Also the host is very helpful and friendly, when we had problems to set up the heater he came with his technician to help set up the heater. Also he always check up on us to make sure everything is well in the apartment, when we request for a broom and dustspan he we went out right away to buy and gave us immediately. He also gave us a list of places to visit in Belgium. A very responsible and dependable host. Our family felt very welcomed and lucky to find this gem to stay. Also this place is a new listing place our family were sus and skeptical at first but our perception changed when we’re there. We felt very safe and comfortable. All the tangibles are in working condition and the household goods are all there. Thank you for the pleasant stay, would come again here if we ever visiting brussels again.

This accommodation blew away my expectations! The staff were so polite and helpful and made the experience stress free. The apartment was very big and had everything you could ever need. There was a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a separate shower room, a living room and a bedroom. It would be ideal for a longer stay. The location is very central with shops and restaurants close by. It was very clean, however the coffee maker was quite dusty, so I didn't use it.

Very good location in a nice, safe part of town, close to the EU institutions. Very clean and modern. The checkin/checkout is done remotely but there were no issues. I was allowed to use the shared kitchen (spotlessly clean and well equipped), including the fridge. Fast and reliable wifi. Good value for money.

The room had a very nice view to the neighbourhood, it was very clean, spacious, with all the amenities needed. Would definitely go there again once I will revisit Brussels and totally recommended!

Nice and super clean, spotless rooms, comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location in Brussels, conveniently close to almost everywhere I needed to go. The staff is super nice and friendly, always available. Breakfast was very affordable at only 12 euro and with a good variety of food.

11/10 for this fantastic b&b! Mario is a super-host, and his property is second to none. Our room was beautiful, spacious and spotless with real attention to detail to ensure his guests are comfortable. A knowledgeable and friendly host who has struck the perfect balance. The breakfast served is delicious and in room facilities superb. The location is central but quiet and an ideal base for exploring the city. Would highly recommend and, will definitely be back!

The location was ideal and the code system for the room was very practical - there was no risk of loosing a key or key card! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests immediately.

Family with 1 child 11yrs. The location is ideal for a City break just in the heart of the City centre. The room was fine. Very clean and the service very polite. The breakfast met our expectations - tasteful and with a large variety of options to choose from.
