clean, nice room design, provide free bus pass for 2 routes (though didn't have chance to use). also can access hot pool at hotel canoe. coffee/tea need to pick up from hotel canoe front desk. there is coop convenient store that open 24/7 just beside motel. check in with app is smooth.

Amazing week! The room was comfortable with the fireplace, the fridge and the microwave. It was spacious and 5 minutes from the center of Banff (by car). We tried The Prow and really enjoyed our meal. We'll be back for sure!

Because the hotel is a bit higher up the hill, it has a magnificent view! The staff are exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the room and help with organising trips, etc. Shuttle to town is very practical.
