It was a delight. It was truly the best accommodation we had on our travels across Canada. The staff and owner go far and beyond to make your stay memorable. Stayed here over the Christmas period whilst visiting family - what a great little find! My wife actually commented that it felt as though we were staying with family as the staff were so friendly and accommodating - even leaving a small Christmas gift for guests on the big day! Room was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved "The Rag" in the bathroom, quirky idea that raised a smile (if you know, you know!) Will be visiting Medicine Hat several times in the coming years so will definitely be staying here again and again.

Right for the start it was fantastic. At first their was a mixup. My wife has MS and they had us on the top floor ( just steps going up) they didn't get my request for bottom floor. The Clerk went out of his way to accommodate us. The breakfast was fantastic the rooms were well cleaned and maintain. There was some issues with room but that's from getting older. We would stay there again. Staff was Excellent. We would recommend this Place too anybody. Thank you Very Much. Keep up the awesome job well done 👏
