Attractive, comfortable lodgings in a beautiful waterfront location. It is in walking distance to the town of St Andrews in one direction and some pleasant walking trails in the other. The owners were very helpful. We enjoyed this, our second stay, and we will return.

Oh, we're so glad that we found this awesome, cozy place in a wonderful location in St Andrews. Actually, we wanted just a place to stay for doing a whale watching trip, but the house ended up being a big win, too. It is absolutely perfect equipped, i.e. the outside whirlpool and the gas fireside. The rooms are spacious, and the furniture and the decoration are elegant and tasteful. The owner provided any services immediately, for example, when we wanted to extend our stay by one night. Hopefully we can manage to come back again.

Cleanliness, quality of decor fixtures and furnishings as well as really good taste. Attention to detail in facilities and warm welcome from the hosts. Great balcony with free beer and soda. Breakfast was full some and well presented

I believe that even when you decide to go far from home and want a bit of a change from the everyday, you still want the comfort and warmth of home. That's exactly what my friend and I felt. The two hosts made us feel so welcome, we immediately felt like members of the family. Always available if we needed anything and super open to talk to us/recommend things. Their story with Montague Rose Inn is very inspiring, the place is beautiful and perfectly located. We hadn't even left that we wanted to book to come back during the summer. We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Tides! The hosts really do think of everything and made the stay so special! The rooms are comfortable and well decorated, the living area was large and comfortable with a projector on the wall with a popcorn machine and it really made us feel like we were having an evening at the cinema (something we very rarely get to do as we have a one year old!) They provided a cot and bedding which was great and the hosts even baby proofed the rooms which was an added bonus! My partner enjoyed the coffee station for his morning coffee too! The location was beautiful, we enjoyed a stroll down to the beach, and then the next day saw the beach covered in snow too! We loved our stay. Thank you so much!
