From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the Monte Rosa tour route, clean, and well-equipped. We could cook dinner, rest, and shower without any problems. The owner was very helpful and made everything easy. A great place not only for the tour, but also to spend a few days—especially in winter for skiing.
