We loved everything about the place or palace. The room were very comfortable, the beds were supper and fresh linen and lovely spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and chef Pranav was very accommodating and helpful. The surrounding areas is so peaceful and tranquil, you can hear the river running across from the garden. Manager Jasmin was very good, she told us what there was to see nearby, booked us for spa at Bogn Engiadina which was wonderful and exactly what we needed, she even arranged a shuttle car to drop and pick us up. I found Jasmin so helpful and would recommend Scuol Palace to all my friends, she really went the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable and even upgraded our room, thank you Jasmin. All the staff were very helpful Ardi, Eliza in reception and Pranav in the restaurant.

Very friendly welcome by John, Ilona and Luna who were very helpful and gave any kind of support which was requested by a tired guest arriving after a long day on cross country tracks. The hotel is cozy and warm, and the position in the hamlet of Ramosch is overlooking the valley of the river En (Valsot) provides wonderful panorama for relaxing after a long day in the nature. Highly recommendable!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast was nice - we especially liked the selection of cheeses and the apple juice from apples sourced from the house garden. The hotel also provides a bag and towels in case you want to go to the spa.
