Lovely, large, comfortable space right at the foot of Burgdorf castle. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfy. Check in and out very easy, and there was space to store our bikes in the cellar. Communication with Karin very easy. Good value for money. The outdoor seating area nicer than it looked on the photos, otherwise everything as pictured. Highly recommend

All the little things were taken into account! The breakfasts were very good! The coffee is delicious! Very nice people! What a brilliant place to stay. Part communal living, part casual resort, part family-style retreat, we were delighted by the subtle touches and care that staff provided in our too-brief stay. Large, spacious, comfortable room, with welcoming bed and exquisite pillows; an oversized bathroom with great shower. Lovely balcony beneath shaded trees. And the extras: we came home from a day of exploring to find our room tided, clothing we had hung over a chair rail on the balcony to dry hung neatly on a drying rack that had escaped our view; bedding neatened and sleeping attire folded and left atop the duvet. We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast, but used the spacious, well-equipped kitchen to prepare an evening meal for a break from expensive and mediocre Swiss cuisine in the area, which was a welcome break. We also prepared our own breakfast in the morning before departure on the last day. Quiet, comfortable, extremely reasonably priced - we highly recommend a stay.
