The property was perfectly secluded with great views of the Andes. We were able to use uber to get to all the vineyards we desired while still being able to feel secluded. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the team working there got the perfect balance between making us feel welcome and supported and also giving us space to rest and relax. Love this place definitely the place to stay in Santa Cruz!

Pool area with honesty bar and chill out is a beautiful oase to enjoy the Chilean weather The owner, Javier, is a great host and around for some great recommendations (Viña Close Apalta) or any help finding transportation The cabins are modern and functionally built. THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AT THIS HOTEL. All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!

Really great place to stay. Greeted on arrival by Ivan - what a pleasure talking with him and he’s a wonderful host. Self guided tour of vineyards by bike organised by the hostel and can thoroughly recommend. All facilities great.

They have a very good breakfast. The kitchen provides eggs by request immediately. It’s not big hotel, so we were very well treated by everyone’s of the staff because we had a singular attention. Nice pool and a lot space to park your car.
