The room is beautifully designed with full kitchen great bed and modern facilities. Great bed, linens and towels. Owner was terrific and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and all else. She also brought us breakfast, which was unnecessary but nice

This was perfectly located just a few steps across the street from the bus stop and only 10-15 stroll to the downtown area. We had an early arrival so our host was happy to store our bags safely. We were returning here foe a night after our Torres trek and he stored our excess luggage at no extra charge. Great privacy as well.

It is a very modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place is very clean and at a great location. Communication with the host was great. I honestly think that this should be your first idea of a place to stay in Puerto Natales.

We stayed here the nights before and after completing the W Trek and absolutely loved it. Returning to a super comfortable bed and hot shower with good water pressure was very welcome. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to easily rent everything we needed for the trek. The location is perfect; a few minutes walk to the main shops and restaurants but fairly quiet at night. The hostel common area is one of the nicest I’ve experienced; very warm and inviting with many places to sit and a kitchen that is easy for a few people to cook at once. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

A very comfortable stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but there wasn’t availability. I really liked staying here. The private bedroom and bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable, room was reasonably large and a large and very clean bathroom. There’s a mini fridge in the bedroom and a heater for the cold nights. I slept peacefully here. They allowed me to checkout later than their checkout time. The older lady and her son that operate the Hostel are very lovely people. I highly recommend this place. 10/10.

It was a quite spacious apartment with two floor. You can find heater at any room even in the bathroom which is very thoughtful. Breakfast is quite basic but lovely set up. I like the atmosphere that feel likes staying like home.

Patrizia and Rinaldo are the best hosts. They are helpful and kind and generous. The room is so beautiful and cozy, with gorgeous views of the mountains. The location is a little bit out of the commercial centre, and we needed to take taxis to and from (10 min), but this was fine for us. Take care to note the check-in times, or ensure you are in communication with Patrizia so they know when you're arriving!
