Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. I have been to Shanghai many times and this hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on. I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights and everyone in my group agrees. The hotel is also very fast to respond to in-room requests and the laundry service is a big bonus. Special mention to Ron and Johnny for their hospitality and attentiveness. It has been a very memorable stay and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in SH.
