Everything! The bedroom and bathroom were really clean and big, we had hot water and very good pressure. The whole family were lovely, welcoming and so nice. The view from our bedroom was breathtaking. It was so peaceful (except the dogs barking at night but you cannot avoid that, no matter where you stay in San Agustin). San Agustin is a lovely place and by far, it’s where we met the friendliest people. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, it was a just the perfect stay thank you! My piece of advice for all the dogs you will meet here (and anywhere in South America): find a long and thick wood stick and always have it with you. Dogs are afraid of them and that helped us in a lot some scenarios :) Muchas gracias y hasta luego!

The place is lovely, really beyond our expectations. Most of all we loved the green garden with flowers and fruit trees and very good view. The vibe is really relaxed and there's lots of chill places, couches, hammocks to enjoy the peaceful place. Also we liked the tips of the owner for some walks in the area. And last but not least we loved the cute cats and dogs.

Everything! This was the best hotel ever. The garden is a little piece of paradise, the cabins are lovely, comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also really good. But, what make this place great is the staff! Yolanda was always available to help us with everything, including organizing a horseback riding tour or giving us recommendations for nice walks in the area! We did not want to leave...

From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially the receptionist, who welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were impeccably clean, and our room was both comfortable and well-maintained, despite the natural surroundings. The decor perfectly balances tradition and relaxation, creating a cozy, zen-like ambiance that makes it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast on the rooftop—a delicious meal enjoyed with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains. The best hostel I've stayed in in my 6 months of travelling South America. The entire hostel is super clean thanks to the daily cleaning and the kitchen is big with everything you need to cook. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious with places to store your items. There's lots of common areas to sit in with board games. Harry, the owner, is an absolute gem and is great for a chat as well as full of advice of the surrounding area. As it's located just outside the town, it's very peaceful. The hostel is a 15 minute walk from a big supermarket.
