This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get to know the real Sal and its people. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel not only welcome, but truly at home. The room was super comfy, and the food was always delicious (be sure to try one of Candida's secret recipes for dinner, if you get the chance). I was provided with all the help and advice I needed in order to explore the island, and Candida and Martin personally took me to places that only local people know about. If, like me, you prefer a quiet, remote beach over those crowed, touristy ones: there's a small one just a short bicycle ride away – although I usually opted for a walk through to beautiful steppe landscape to get there. If you prefer spending your days with the other tourists down in the south of the island: Santa Maria beach is only 20 minutes by bus – which may sound complicated at first, but is actually super fun and convenient (and it only costs 1 Euro). I could go on praising this place for two weeks (which is actually the amount of time I stayed), but I'll just stop here – not without saying: Thank you, Candida & Martin, for the wonderful time at kleine schweiz! The place is beautiful and quite. We arrived at approximately midnight and a security guy helped us with the apartment keys. The apartment was clean and it had a lot of house appliances, including a Washing machine. Special Thanks to Agnes, the landlady; we had several issues with flught to arrive at Sal and we stayed less nights than expected. She supported us and keeping the booking despite all the inconvinience

Very well located, friendly host. For me, it's 10/10. I had a late arrival, the host was great for his welcome. She was waiting for me to give me the keys. The apartment is superb, very clean with all the necessary comfort, quiet, not far from the city centre and not far from the airport. The quality/price ratio is excellent. For my next stay on the island of Sal, I will go back there with pleasure if it is available.

We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable.
