Long story short: everything was perfect! I picked the place for easy access to the airport in the early morning. So, I’m rating the location based on my priorities! Just make sure your expectations for the immediate surroundings aren’t something else. Otherwise, you really can’t go wrong with Nikolas and Persefoni Flats!

The property was very clean, exactly as described. The host was super friendly and kind (allowed us to check in earlier and provided all the extras we requested), also gave some great advices for places to visit. The property was very clean, had a bathtub which was nice to have, was plenty of space and also had all the amenities needed for self cooking.

Hotel has a great location. Supre close to the old town + close to the bus stop that can lead you to the beach or main attractions. Staff was super help full and welcoming! They even gave me one bottle of water when I arrived, due to warm temperatures. They assisted me with all my questions + hotel is clean and organized. I didn't know that I would need to use an adaptor for charge my phone, they even borrowed one to me <3 Really recommend it, if you ever go to paphos.

The apartment was very clean with good equipment, the furnishings were new, air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The host is flexible, communication was very quick and clear. Everything was contactless, we picked up the keys from a key box. We also appreciated the elevator to the floor. We were very satisfied with our stay in the apartment, we felt at home and we definitely recommend it.

We loved absolutely everything about this place! A spacious and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen was all we needed. The owner was incredibly nice and kind to us and extremely helpful. It was fantastic. Host are super friendly and helpful, space was spotless and large. Pool was nice and clean, it is only short ride from airport, however renting a car is highly recommended.

Our vacation in Paphos was one of the best vacations with family for all time, as in Cyprus not necessary to take hotels. Villa was perfect for 4 people, large rooms, private swimming pool, barbecue zone, comfort location etc... Owners of villa were very friendly and very helpful in any questions. Very comfort and safety security system.

Fabulous, well equipped villa. Peaceful location, short drive to beaches, water park and Paphos harbour. Regular bus service with the bus stop a 5 minute walk away. Lovely restaurant nearby. Host was welcoming and informative.

The host (Marios) was lovely as was his wife who gave us supplies as we arrived late evening. The villa was spotless and very clean and is way bigger than the those in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was big and clean. The villa was in a great location and with a hire car nothing was far away. We highly recommend this place.
