The apartment was super clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a possibility to play billiard and darts in common zone and in addition we could use a real fireplace. There were enough kitchen utensils to cook there.

Everything was very new and clean. It was very remote so the silence of nature is definitely there if you really want to de-stress. We had the Junior Suite with a nice view and it rained a lot so we definitely enjoyed the spaciousness and watched the French Open Finale for 5hours. Huge Balcony. There are cows to look at.

The room was spacious and clean, the common spaces were very nice and well equipped, the location is conveniently close to train station and supermarkets and very quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful terrasse and garden. Martina and her husband were super kind and helpful. Totally recommended, also for the great quality/price ratio.

We've been coming there for many years. We love it each time. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and super clean. They offer great views of the park. Supermarket and restaurants downstairs are super comfortable. IT Centrum staff is always super kind and welcoming. The spot is in the very city center, has a vibe of small and historic mountain city and is also perfect to explore Spindl and other ski resorts nearby.

Great localized, with walking distance to centrum. Or 15 min driving to the main point as Szpindlerowy Młyn. Cozy and quiet place. Free parking. Amazing views. Vrchlabi is a lovely small Czech town, great restaurants and culture; the hotel host was extremely nice, spoke Czech, German and perfect English as well as understood Polish. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Lovely fresh fruit for breakfast every day. A wonderful stay. Parking was secure, great sauna.

We made a spontaneous one-night booking, and due to a mix-up with the services, we were upgraded to a larger house with a jacuzzi. Stanislav was very friendly and did everything he could to help. It’s a perfect place to relax with family or friends. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooks the forest, there’s a grill, and a spacious kitchen. A peaceful hideaway in an authentic village setting. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
