Great open communication from Markéta the owner! Quite easy to find as it is located in a very small village! Parking is right outside! There only 4 rooms ! This used to be the local grocery store ! All was very clean, tidy & cared for! The kitchen has pretty much all you need in the amenities available, tables & chairs are there to use ! Seating outside too ! There is free coffee/tea to use ! My room was clean, tiday& cosy! Bathroom & toilet immaculate! I actual ended up staying 3 nights longer in anther room& again all was fantastic! You get alot for your money, I travel & stay in alot of places ( Czechia & others) hard to find a better ratio of price / for comfort! Highly recommended, Markéta is a fantastic host, helpful, funny ,informative & takes great pride in the accommodation! All photos were exactly as it was in reality

Karlovy Vary is one of the destinations everybody should visit! it is a very beautiful clean and save town full of history, good rests and attractions. the hotel Pupp is the legendary historical hotel. so there was not even a question where to stay during our visit. It fulfils all your high expectations: starting from a welcoming smooth check in and the spectacular room with an amazing view, ending with a small thank you gift by a hotel at the check out. We couldn’t be more happy with a stay! Ther room was huge, bright with a lot of windows, Spa area is amazing! food and the cocktails at the restaurant were beyond the expectations! highly recommend Pupp as a part of Karlovy Vary visit experience.

My mom and I stay stayed in this hotel for one night and we were absolutely thrilled to spend a night in such a beautiful place. Exquisite room with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food. The staff of the hotel was very nice, welcoming and friendly. The building itself is very beautiful. I felt as if I stayed in a luxury hotel with a beautiful entrance, stairwell, and elevator. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
