The reception was very friendly and also spoke exceptional English. All the restaurant staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean, and they had a great choice for breakfast. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk everywhere.

I didn't expect to have such an amazing view of the Neuschwanstein castle from my bedroom window. It was such a special stay. The breakfast was basic but very good. The staff were very kind. Highly recommended.

We initially booked the hotel Alpenstuben, but unfortunately it was closed for seasonal maintenance. Luckily we didn't have to rebook as they moved us to sister hotel villa ludwig. It's hard to know where to start and to find the words to describe this family run hotel. OK, beautiful building in the very best location, I mean the views are amazing. I can honestly say that the rooms we had for a family of five were the best, biggest, cleanest and most comfortable I have stayed in for a very very long time. The owners/staff are equally as special, pleasant, very helpful with advice, booking tickets for our castle tour etc. Finally, breakfast was perfect and plentiful. We would love to go back in the snow.

This is my 2nd visit. First was in 2017 and it was fantastic then. 2nd even better because they’ve added on to their property a whole new 2nd bldg with a wellness spa(sauna, steam and pool). The views are also breathtaking from the hotel. Location is perfect.

This is a true home away from home. Super clean, well appointed and cosy groundfloor apartment. Kitchen is well equipped incl microwave, toaster & dishwasher. Bathroom is very modern...& everything smells just lovely. 10 -15 mins walk into Füssen town, 5 mins walk to Forggensee (lake). Would highly recommend and will try to come again!

Located at the Main Street of Füssen, walk from the train station only 5-7mins. The apartment has nice decoration. Have all the equipment like at home. Bathroom and pantry are clean. During the stay is very comfortable and relax. The host is very nice and helpful, they have some recommendations about the restaurant and cafe for your reference. P.S They give me a cute souvenir have Lucky (their cat) handprint. It is very unexpected! Happy to stay at their place.
