Very good price (under 90€ per night) Free and easy parking! SKY TV-Programs. Modern & very clean room with many power outlets 230V/50Hz for easy charging all personal electronic equipment. Good heated room. Silent location without traffic and city-noise. Also smokers are having outside covered place. The hotel has safety system up to date (emergency access for fire brigade) and the staff is able to extend reception service if you arrive a little bit late. The hotel is optimal place for business travelers which are visiting customers in the city of Heidelberg.

Lovely locations and warm relaxing hotel with beautiful views. Dinner and breakfast were great. Drinks by the fireplace also a nice touch. Wanted to stay longer however they were fully booked which is understandable.

I am a frequent visitor to Lotte. I am middle aged male solo business traveller and Lotte meets all my needs,. I prefer the quiet but sociable atmosphere to a sterile corporate private room hotel. The wi fi runs like a Ferrari and helps me gets loads of work done. If you are in the mood to chat there are always all types of people from around the world to speak with.

The hotel had a presence that perhaps was not obvious from the outside, but the interior and its receptionist soon changed that. The room had a fresh crisp look that had all the amenities that one would one would need for my three day stay. One could not find fault with this outstanding breakfast in a cozy but formal setting. The presentation of the food was as delicious as it looked - this fresh, healthy buffet was guided with a wonderful server. Overall, it was. a wonderful stay, and the efficiency and professionalism of the staff made it that way as well as the qualty of my room . I may add which I had never seen before and that they had coffee set up in the hallway for you to take out when you leave in the morning - this is what I like they were creative in detail and accommodating with customer need.

The location was exceptional, situated right across from the river and mountains, offering a stunning view. The marketplace was conveniently located just behind the apartment. The host was very approachable and accommodating. The apartment itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated.The kitchen was well-equipped, bathroom had an ample supply of toiletries, and a cupboard thoughtfully stocked with items like an umbrella and laundry supplies. Everything was readily available. We enjoyed our stay.

    Great location. 5 minutes walk to shops & 5 minutes walk to the tram stop in the opposite direction. Parking space right outside the door. Very spacious, modern and clean apartment, and very comfortable, large beds. One easily rectifiable bit of feedback from my wife and daughter: It needs another mirror in the living room and/or the bedroom, just one in the bathroom is not enough!

    Very clean and spacious. Good location. Supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Very friendly hosts. We were a group of 7 (a family of 5 and grandparents). The grandparents stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchen and a huge bathroom with a large bathtub and a great shower, but no direct garden access. There was a door between the 2 apartments that could be unlocked so it was basically like one large apartment.
