This B&B is beyond fantastic as is Gemma and the effort she pours in to making sure guests are happy. I wish more hosts were like her. The house had suffered a flood due to a storm and she moved heaven and earth to get the new room up and running, where we stayed. Breakfast was yummy, views, pool and location amazing. Secure parking was a relief as car full with luggage and my mobility scooter on our way to Denia area. Gemma thinks of every detail including little gifts as a welcome. As for the woman that reviewed it's unsuitable for mobility issues; I am disabled and found the terrain absolutely fine. Gemma sent a video prior showing the steps around, so I could decide if manageable for my needs and is so helpful with everything. Thank you Gemma for a wonderful stay and we'll be back. The property is very stylish and nicely decorated. I particularly loved the mezzanine bedroom with the lovely comfortable bed. The apartment has a washing machine for longer stays and there was a handy cleaning pack on arrival which included cleaning products and washing machine capsule. The apartment is on a nice street with everything close by for shopping, food and the beach. Badalona station is a short walk away. Everything feels new in the apartment, the cooker, fridge, pots and pans etc. There was bottle of water on arrival which was also a nice touch after a long trip. Important to note the property is probably not suited for anyone with disability issues as you have to climb stairs as soon as you open the door from the street to access the apartment as well as the stairs up to the mezannine but this was fine for me and I liked the exercise. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

We were a small school party of three students and three teachers. The property was large enough to give everyone there own space but also so many areas for group or smaller communication with three balconies and also a bbq area as well as the swimming pool surrounds. There were also two lounges. There was a small gym as well so ample things for the students to occupy their selves whilst we relaxed after our trips into Barcelona, only 20 minutes drive if timed right. A waterpark was only 10 minutes away and a large supermarket again a couple of minutes away. The hosts are amazing and communication with them was first class.
