Wonderful location (well, at the top of a steep walk but overall close to town centre, the sea and the mountains, plus La Orotava is really a Jewel). Easy check-in, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Showers are spacious and with hot water, amazing terrace as common area. At the time I went, once a week the staff prepares an amazing BBQ for a small contribution for all the guests! Is very well located with a Mercadona just 3 minutes away. Theres a sauna in the house (with an extra payment but still cheap if you share) and is really awesome to have the option of organizing a sauna night. Very accommodating couple, even though our flight was very delayed and we arrived late. Delicious lemon cake and a very warm welcome. It felt like home. We really had a lovely time here. So much to do! Good location if you want to be among the locals rather than the 'touristy' parts, yet easy to drive to anywhere on the island. I was meet by the host's mother who gave me the keys and showed me around. The whole appartment was very clean and prepared for my arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balconies (rear looking at Mount Teide and front overlooking Orotava and Puerto) is excellant.
