Nice location during the winter probably is one of the best places to be. Be aware that Rovaniemi is 1,5h driving far away.

Beautiful location for restful moments with family, view of the snowy white slopes, extraordinary equipped gym! We did not use the swimming pool and sauna but it is also available. Great excursions (ice fishing, raindeer sleigh ride, snowmobile), all well organized and even when one bus was too cold they immediately organized a car to pick us up! Excellent food and very friendly staff!

a couple of weeks before our holiday, we were told that the hotel was closed for renovation. We were offered a self catering chalet instead. We accepted the chalet and it was very nice. And the location (not far from a bear watching trip)

Hotel staff is very very helpful. Hotel location is very good for Lapland outdoor attractions such as husky sledging, rein deer farm visit, snow mobile tours and skiing.
Staying in chalet was a good experience. We enjoyed the fireplace and sauna. We enjoyed silence of the nature around us and amazing scenery of chalet in the forest.
Extra tours we purchased were amazing. Kids loved them and they will always remember the experience.
Hotel staff is very helpful and they stepped in immediately when we had a heating issue once.
