The place was lovely and they couldn’t have been more helpful, room was bright and airy and the communal area warm with a wood burner in the evening. Breakfast was perfect bread, with lots of meats and cheese. Cereal and yogurt as well but only had the yogurt, coffee machine so it was on tap and you could drink as much as you liked. They even had a fridge with beer in and you wrote down what you had.

Very kind host family. Even if our stay was for one night only, we received a very warm and gentile welcome, the accommodation was well arranged with little amenities and all we could need after a long car travel coming from Spain. We had two big rooms with EXCELLENT beds, nice wardrobes and desks. Despite the facility is not of recent construction, it has been modernised and is in good shape. It includes a little living room with a small kitchen, a terrace next to the independent entrance and the surroundings are residential, so really everything for a perfect stay!

Tom and Tatiana were outstanding hosts and the room had everything we needed for our visit. The place is in a very beautiful, secluded area (no car noise or any type of noise really except nature sounds) surrounded by fields and forests. The room and bathroom are private and if wanted, Tatiana and Tom prepare both an outstanding breakfast as well as dinner. These are optional but absolutely recommend. Recommend to stay there!! We would love to come back.

The auberge provides everything you need when travelling and the rooms etc have been recently constructed to a very good standard. Breakfast was not provided but croissants etc were obtained from a nearby patisserie to accompany coffee provided in the restaurant adjoining the auberge. Saint Angel was good for an evening stroll.

This is a well thought out accommodation which is true to its origin and absolutely beautiful. It’s well equipped and very thoughtful extras have been left which made our stay so comfortable. Mark, Helen and Jack made us feel very welcome.
