    The location is good if you want to take advantage of the free city-wide public transportation on weekends, with bus stop only 100yds. It took approximately 45 minutes to get to city centre (bus + tram) but you don't have to worry about finding and paying for parking, etc, (or drinking if so inclined). Breakfast was very limited. Hot water for tea wasn't hot!!
