After camping in a tent for nearly 3 weeks we wanted a place to stay half way back up to Calais and fortunately found this amazing place! The home was perfect, absolutely everything you could ask for, and in such a lovely quiet place it was exactly what we all needed to have a night relaxing. Roby and Maly were perfect hosts and I don’t doubt that they would go above and beyond if you needed anything at all. The garden was a lovely surprise and the ideal setting to unwind once we’d arrived, if it’s peace and quiet you want this place is unbeatable. Waking up to find pastries on the door was such a kind gesture and one we truly appreciated as we had completely forgotten to bring breakfast with us!! As we do this trip every year we will be making sure to book here from now on and hopefully for longer. Can’t thank you enough Roby and Maly, see you next year!

    We only stayed for one night but would love to have stayed for longer. The owner/host was extremely generous and helpful and the room was superb. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful also. The location is very convenient to use as a base for visiting the great chateaux. The garden is very secure and we felt totally happy leaving our bike there. Thank you Claire.

    Great location just off the cycle path, in a pretty village just opposite an ancient church. Friendly service with superb food. Luckily they offered an evening meal option which was great as not many places open on Sundays...tricky if you arrive on bikes. The food was of the highest standard and the service was Friendly with a great ambiance. They also had a secure lock up for our bikes.

    Claire provided us with a warm welcome. There was secure parking and everything was thought of and available. The location is excellent close by to two restaurants and the Chambord Chateau is only a few KMs drive away. The bed was very comfortable and a fantastic breakfast was provided.     Was surprised to find such a nice hotel in that small village, Few rooms but mine was nicely set, well renovated with a huge bathroom, clean and confortable, quiet even with windows on the road. The great plus is that you are above the 1 star Michelin restaurant so you are sure to spend a great evening. Also near to Chambord, so great location for the Loire valley chateaux. Great value considering the reasonable price of the room.

    Large modern rooms, very comfortable and view of the church across the road. Amazing dinner. Excellent breakfast for 12 Euros! Should offer half board or dinner. The main reason we stayed was to have dinner there! The best meal we had in France despite comparing to 4-5 other Michelin star-rated places! We even came back to pick up something we forgot and stayed for lunch too. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Great location for visiting Chambord. Would recommend it to family and friends!
