We loved the tasteful decor, beautiful, lush gardens and pool- we had a fabulous room with super fast broadband. Our bed was very comfortable and bedding high quality. Our bathroom was huge and the shower very powerful - complimentary soaps and shampoo too. They provided a hairdryer which was great! The kitchen was traditional French and just wonderful- a beautifully set table, delicious coffee and scrumptious orange cake and custard flan. Absolutely delightful stay and so quiet we had a wonderful nights sleep as did our little Jack Russell! They placed beautiful iris flowers in our room for my birthday which was SO thoughtful and appreciated.

The location is very special,surrounded by vineyards and fields with animals,very calm and quiet,but near a wonderful restaurant (walking distance) and only 15 min from Bordeaux.(a car is needed) The owners were very kind,they gave us a whole sitting area with sofas and comfortable chairs and a beautiful fire blazing,as it was a family reunion so we could have some privacy,very much appreciated,we will be back for sure when in the region! Highly recommended.

Location is very nice. Decoration with love thinking of every detail. We enjoyed home made dinner and excellent breakfast while feeling like your were in your own Finca. Mathias and Emily are very friendly hosts and their dog Gaia is so cute.

Beautiful bedroom with exceptionally good heating, essential in January, very comfortable bed and tv. The ensuite is well planned. The central shared area is spacious and very well equipped.Hosts couldn't be more helpful. Several restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance.Evening meals by arrangement. Easy reach of the motorway. I will definitely be staying here again.

    Fabulous 2night stay at the Chateaux with the friendly & chatty host Francois - who speaks English and makes fantastic breakfast! The Chateau has its character & charms, as you would want in a Chateau-stay. Our room was big and had a view on the pool below. Nice big garden for the dog to wander around and a lovely pool in the back. The hosts were also really welcoming to our dog, which is a big plus for us. Free parking infront, the location of the chateau is good. Close to Bordeaux and about 20min from St.Emilion.

    Beautiful chateaux!!! Quiet; peaceful And VERY relaxing! This is what we needed! Breakfast was out of this world ! Swimming pool gorgeous! Rooms beautiful and very clean! Shame we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Francois for lovely stay & for looking after us! He even drove my husband to the chemist to buy some products.
