The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of places to go and things to do. The room (and the whole hotel) was in very good conditions. The hotel's coffee shop had very good coffee and people would regularly stop by even if they were not staying at the hotel (a good sign!).

Everything was great, the apartment is small but you have everything you need and it is clean. If you are renting a car the garage is a very nice addition. We used it all the time. The neighbourhood is great and not far from the city centre. The only downside is the bed, it is a sofa bed and not very comfortable. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. The host was nice and helpful.

We rented the small studio and it was very comfortable for a short stay. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet too. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was perfect for making coffe in the morning. There's a nice bakery just around the corner that's perfect for nice breakfast. The team is wonderful and responsive. It was great!

Nicest staff ever, very attentive, friendly and trying to help all the time! I never expected to be so kindly treated in a budget hotel. The room was very clean, with a nice partial view to the sea, bathroom was spacious, location was great, just a couple of steps from the beach and from a tram stop, great pizza place next door, not too far from the airport.

Very good location to explore Nice and only a few minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and less than 20 mins walk from tram station Alsace - Lorraine . Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .

Very nice hotel with a perfect location in Nice. Close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect as a budget alternative. Always worry about the cleaning when booking cheaper hotels but this was perfect, very clean!
