People running the hotel (who are one big family essentially) were very helpful, we had no car and they were driving us to various locations (for a price much cheaper than taxi there). And generally they were very nice. Facilities in the villa were great, good kitchen and appliances, nice balcony, conditioner, wi-fi, relaxing jacuzzi, all was great!
