Really nice apartment, very close to the centre. We walked with 2 little kids without problems. Parking was very convenient. Communication with Caroline was easy and checking process was easy, although we did miss the entrance the first time and had to go around with the car until we found it. We were staying a bit longer in Rouen and were allowed to leave the car for a bit longer which was very kind of Caroline. Thank you!

This is an absolute gem of a property. The hosts were so nice and helpful, communication was excellent, and the apartment itself is spacious, clean and beautiful. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Just be aware it is on the third floor so you will need to carry your suitcases up some stairs.

    The apartment is a good size and very clean and comfortable. The reception staff and there is a sauna, pool and gym on site. The location is a short walk from the metro station and from the commercial centre, which includes a large supermarket so it all felt easy and convenient. We walked across the bridge into the historic centre as we enjoy walking but the metro service is quick and cheap if you prefer.

    Absolute gem with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I booked a standard twin room and on arrival was offered a free upgrade to a superior twin room by a lovely lady on reception. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for walking around Rouen. We were travelling on motorbikes but the hotel has a very secure gated carpark. I would definitely stay here again.

    Newly refurbished apartment. Very clean and finished to a very high standard. The location is ideal. The children loved the fussball table. The stairs weren't a problem but some might find them too much. The car parking space is tight enough to back in to and might be tricky for some. It's a perfect luxury apartment to explore Rouen.
