This is a well-equipped appartement with dishes and glasses and everything - even boiler and coffee machine. It also has a microwave and actual oven. The rooms are spacious and the host was really nice. There was a heating - both in the bedroom and in the living room. There were pillows and covers. The flat is very close to metro (Garibaldi) and tram (Porte Saint Ouen) - so no problem for getting to the city center.

The building was beautifully and lovingly restored, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast was very tasty. So much care was taken with the details of spotlessness and decor, the soap smelled amazing and there were no chemical fragrances for someone with sensitivities to struggle with. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough and will absolutely return my next trip to Paris. Bravo! You are all wonderful and have made a restful and very special place.

The host Sebastien was very welcoming and helpful with everything we asked. He also provided detailed picture instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get in! We were also welcomed with treats and beverages. The apartment is very nice and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is slightly away from the city centre but everything else made up for it. It is conveniently located near Garibaldi metro station with many shops in the area. Highly recommended!

Clean and value for money.Bed was comfy. Local area, quiet, nearby Boulangerie Patisserie love them, friendly , all smiles every day. Location is farther from the main attractions, nearby bus station, but the Metro a bit farther about 12 to 17min walk depending on your pace.

Basem is a great person, very helpful, no problem with communication. He gave us access to the garage earlier and we could keep the car a bit longer after we left the apartment as we still wanted to visit Paris for half a day. Good location with easy access to Metro and close to supermarket and Boulangerie for fresh baguettes The apartment is very clean and fully equipped including towels, bath robes, iron etc.

I Loved the location and view. It was pretty accesable even though at the moment we traveled it had road constructions going on around it and a building was being worked on. Its also very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

The location is brilliant and really easy to get to and from the city centre. The instructions to get into the property were clear, but I had to request numerous times to have them sent over. The rooms are very clean and modern, we appreciated having the room with our own bathroom.

Cute little apartment with all that I might need. Incredibly quiet - only noise was neighbours on the staircase (and they weren't loud). One thing, that one has to consider when booking this apartment: it's a budget deal, so don't hold your expectations too high. And, especially if you are overweight, have in mind, that bathroom is really tiny.

The location is not ideal but the rest of the hotel totally makes up for that. I would definitely come back, the rooms are super stylish, very clean, the bed is comfortable and the amenities of the hotel are lovely! We enjoyed the pool, the bar and the whole atmosphere.
