Everything it was amazing and above our expectations We had access to or own private bathroom that was modern and beautiful, we both felt very comfortable showing here as in other places they have shared bathrooms and it's not as comfortable. The Private hot tub was the cherry on the top for us and also the seat swings around the garden to sit on and enjoy the views. Me and my wife came here after or wedding in gretna on are way up in to the Scottish mountains and we couldn’t be happy with are visit. So much so we are already planning on coming back in the summer months

In the run up to my stay, communication was friendly and super efficient. The warmest of welcomes on arrival. The room and bathroom were pristine and really well set up, plenty of space and a VERY comfortable bed. Lots of helpful information. A great B&B run by Charles and Jane, folk really well suited to it.

A beautifully finished perfectly furnished property in a beautiful location. Immaculate and very well stocked. Has everything you need and more. Relaxing, clean and very comfortable. Very atmospheric place to stay, with lovely, cosy interior! The cottage has old (in a good way!) and traditional feel to it, with all of the modern comforts you might need. We stayed there in October, with the outside temperatures on the lower side, and inside was so lovely and warm! Additionally, working log burner added extra warmth and cosiness in the living area. Kim, whom I’ve liaised with regarding the cottage, was very nice and helpful throughout. The location was also fantastic, only short drive to Edinburgh and beautiful Pentland Hills reserve. I’d definitely visit again!

    Property is well situated and much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside! It was extremely comfortable with good sized rooms and a well appointed kitchen. It was immaculately presented, very clean. Nice garden and outside area, which was secure for the dog.

    Property has a nice fireplace for logs to keep warm. Location is good as central to Edinburgh and Glasgow. BBQ was a good touch to have to cook some food. Feminine touches in bathroom not something you often see. Property looks small from outside but surprisingly comfortable, bit of a tardis. Suitable for couples and families to stay in. Small garden out the back.

    location is superb for travelling to Edinburgh or Glasgow. the cottage was a like home from home. it has everything you need. It’s very homely and quirky in build but that’s what we lived about it..
