Very comfortable house, room, bathroom /shower, lovely young couple as hosts. We were attending the Two Moors Music Festival - also superb. The Owl woke up at 3.30 am - which was wonderful because we enjoyed hearing him - and - looking out of the window we saw the stars, which were sparkling bright. The river is less than 100 yards away with shops and restaurants a plenty. The Boot is well appointed and very comfortable. It has a relaxed feel and was perfect for our group. Only there for a weekend , but it had everything equipment wise we needed. The lounge and dinning room are large and comfortable perfect for a large family relaxed few days. Having rooms set up as two doubles and two twins was ideal for us and I guess would work for a lot of people.Guest review byRichardFamily with young children

The room was spotless, the bed confortable, nice view across the garden and the valley beyond, the owners are lovely and Louis the dog is adorable. A quiet location with lots of wild life, especially birds. There's a small conservatory with a bird feeder outside which is very popular with members of the Paridae family. Also spotted a Pied Woodpecker and a Nuthatch. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.Guest review byIanYoung couple
