Wonderful hosts... Excellent location for many reasons. We were travelling with small pet from Paris airport to UK. It was perfect stopping point after long overnight flight.. It was lovely location, cozy, comfortable, lovely, easy walk to town. Bed was super comfortable especially after very long haul overnight flight.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained with a very authentic feel to it. We booked a dog friendly room and the staff were so accommodating to us, both at breakfasts and when coming and going. We were made to feel welcome at all times. We would definitely stay here again.

    Only one night but it was an excellent stay. The room was spacious, very clean and had a good view over the adjacent green. We received an extremely warm welcome and the staff were all very friendly. The bar drinks were reasonably priced and the breakfast was great. Parking was easy and cheap. The hotel is in a top location just above the Leas Coastal Park and the zig-zag path down to it is nearby. We look forward to returning.

    What a great place. We booked 2 days before for our family of 5. The room was perfect. Well equipped. And very clean. The warm welcome and private parking on the side of the property made our layover even easier. The room equipped with bank bed, king size and a single bed was just the ideal setup. The location in front of police station made us feel safe too. We will come again for sure.

    Excellent location for the Tunnel, 2 minutes away. Rob the owner was very friendly, the room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was brought to our room at 8am as requested. It was a lovely variety for breakfast, cereal, croissants,fresh fruit,orange juice, toast and coffee. Very clean room, situated in a lovely courtyard, in a quiet area.. Ideal for dogs and dog walks.

    The location is ideal, just out enough to be lovely and quiet. We managed to find a free parking space just along the side road of the Hotel. Nice, pleasant walk into Folkestone. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room 1 was a lovely little room,very clean with a great shower.
