The property was really amazing everything was done nicely in terms of the facilities being hygienic. The check in process was really easy and the owners of the propely were really nice and catering and made sure we were doing fine. We had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel, from November 21st to November 22nd, 2024, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. We would like to especially highlight the exceptional professionalism and kindness of a staff member from Sri Lanka who was at the reception during our stay. His dedication, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made our visit truly special. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, and we cannot praise him enough for his outstanding service. During our stay, there was a minor issue with the heating in our room. However, the staff quickly resolved it by providing us with electric heaters, ensuring we remained comfortable throughout our stay. Their prompt response was greatly appreciated. Additionally, we were delighted by the delicious cuisine at the hotel. The meals were of excellent quality, beautifully presented, and truly added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Though we booked a room of 13m2, the room size was good enough for our two big luggages. The onsite parking was also convenient. When we arrived the three space of the onsite parking was full. But the host was very helpful to sort out a parking space for us. There was a kitchen on the 2nd floor which was well equipped. All and all it was above our expectations. It was very clean, cozy and modern. The location was not far from the station and town centre. It’s about 10 mins walk. Tesco extra and Sainsbury’s were nearby. We highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍
