The Manor was everything it looked like in the advertisement and the staff were amazing. It had a lot of character and although a bit tired looking in some areas, that can be expected. The manor was located in a very quiet rural setting with beautiful grounds. The food served was of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

We had a lovely stay at this new and clean apartment. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. The kitchen was well-equipped with an oven and everything we needed, and the bedroom was comfortable and nicely presented. The location was decent and worked well for our plans. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience—would happily stay again!

Lovely, well-equipped caravan in a fantastic location with a beautiful sea view. Excellent facilities at Crimdon Dene, which is ideally placed when visiting Durham and other areas of the northeast. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen and lounge area with large tv and a dvd player, and some board games to play.

    The house was absolutely stunning, quirky and stylish. The location, on the coast, with the views from the bedroom of the sunset and sunrise. Perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, great layout with dining space beside. It was ideal as we stayed in and cooked a meal before heading to walk along the promenade. The games room was an added bonus, with darts, pool and boardgames. Plan to revisit in the next couple of months to enjoy more views, and what the house has to offer.

    Lovely spacious apartment in a perfect location for any of the harbourside attractions - we were in the area for a Regency ball at HMS Trincomalee and being 5 minutes away was ideal. The beds were very comfy, the lounge and kitchen ideal for our needs, and the bathroom well-appointed and clean. Street parking is convenient and a permit for this was provided in our room. Excellent value for money.

    The Marine Hotel was in a great location on the sea front in Seaton Carew. I stayed in the Seaton suite, which was a large room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. It was very clean with a view to the rear of the hotel. The corner bath had seen better days with damage to the panelling. Although it has a shower attachment, it was a challenge without a shower curtain. Breakfast was a very standard full English with toast and cereal options. The bar/pub has a well attended quiz on Mondays.
