    Staff realy nice and helpful breakfast lovely .location just up the road to the hatton flight Just what we wanted..room and bathroom very nice , the fan was excellent, in this heat..the menu food was lovely

    Very quiet location. Lovely house. I booked for two nights and had the house to myself. Lots of room and well equipped kitchen. It was close to the Ardencote Hotel (6mins drive) where I was attending a wedding and I had a quieter nights sleep than those at the hotel. Very helpful host who checked in with me on the first morning. Good hot water for the shower. Very clean and comfortable. Bed excellent.

    Excellent location for both Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Warm and cosy room, very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. A very filling breakfast freshly cooked with quality ingredients. I have already booked to return (while we still there!) We look forward to returning and eating in the restaurant next time.

    Booking in was easy, staff were very helpful and informative, the room was very well equipt, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was of a high standard and evening meals were to the same high standard. The location was good, easy to find, a short drive from Warwick.
