The service provided by the friendly staff was excellent - with a special shout out to Caroline & Kim for making our stay memorable, and providing lots if great local travel advice. The bar at No 1 Charlotte is tiny and exactly what we hoped to find. Thanks to everyone we met and shared stories, pints and drams with. ❤️❤️❤️

A charming house by the sea, conveniently positioned in the middle of the island. A short drive to both ports, basically a short drive to every destination on the island. The room was comfortable,the bathroom spacious and clean, the breakfast was magnificent. The host was wonderful and helped us with dinner bookings that are hard to get by and gave us great advise for our day trips.

    great location. on the loch and close to pub/restaurant/music friendly warden, spotless facilities. I left early and did not eat breakfast but kitchen had all facilities needed. Good water pressure in showers -this is often poor in aidB&B and hotel rooms.

    The location is excellent! Relaxed area, very good options for food/drink within a 5 minute walk (especially the Lochindaal Seafood Restaurant), and a 40 minute walk to Bruichladdich distillery. Breakfast was brilliant, you will be asked if you want anything special buying in for you! The room was very clean and spacious, all the Lochindaal team (& the locals!) are very helpful and friendly. Although we were staying behind the pub, we had no issues with noise.
