Great room, wonderful breakfast, with huge choice. Lovely welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Dog friendly, they even provided bowls for her food and water.

The house was spotless and we were greeted upon arrival by Steve who kindly took our bags into the house and upstairs. The bed in the penthouse room was very comfortable and the room was immaculate with all sorts of tea and coffee available.

The location was perfect for us and we liked the off street parking space. The cottage was clean and fresh, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. We were impressed that there was a dishwasher and a washer/drier, although we didn’t have any need to use either of them as we were only there for a long weekend, and apart from breakfast we didn’t eat at the property! Advance communications with our host couldn’t be faulted, and the local information would have been very useful had we been staying as tourists rather than visiting friends. The cottage is spacious and well thought out and the shower was very good.

    The location was great and we had no trouble finding the caravan. Everywhere was very clean, the beds were comfortable and I slept really well. There is a good sized bathroom with powerful shower and a smaller en suite WC, which was handy. Sky and WiFi are available so we could keep up to date with the Olympics or watch something on Disney + or Netflix.

    As soon as we walked in the property it was absolutely spotless so so clean! The cleaner done an amazing job! it had everything we needed, the main bedroom was perfect as it had a door leading to the toilet as someone with a stoma bag that was very much ideal! The location was amazing for us as there was a cut straight to the forest it’s a beautiful walk,The area around was so quiet 😍. Couldn’t fault the price either and the owner was lovely!
