Everything is according to the pictures. Host let us use the kitchen, although this was not specified in the listing (as far as I could see). This ended up saving us a lot of money, as there is an Aldi nearby, and a Sainsbury's at the nearest train station. The listing is in a calm area with a park nearby, and the train connection is as practical as can be. Ladywell is the most practical train station, with a nice 10-12 min walk through the park leading to the property. The hostwas very welcoming and accommodating, and offered advice on things local, as well as getting into the city. Would stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights. The flat is well equipped and clean. Heaters work fine, and furniture is comfortable. There were plenty of parking spaces in the nearby streets. Teresa (the host) is extremely helpful. It felt like an Air bnb experience. She messaged me with detailed check-in information, and she provided us with a baby chair for our child. The area is nice and quiet and there is a big supermarket across the road.

it was enjoyable stay. with big rooms, 2 bathroom and kitchen/living room you can't go wrong booking this house. friendly owner, always available to answer questions, though we did not have many. it was school trip with teenage kids and they loved the stay. I will always come back here

    The location walkable to Welling -easy parking outside-quiet street - responsive host - easy directions - comfortable bed- had a small kitchen and a nice shower left to own devices even when in hosts back garden

    Spotless clean, WiFi worked well, TV had extra subscriptions, tea and coffee were a nice touch. The place is borderline tiny, but the interior is planned accordingly, so size is not a problem for a short stay. If you’re a couple with plenty of luggage, you might have an issue storing it.

    Very clean, compact apartment with everything we needed. NIce kitchen and bathroom. Quiet location. Easy to park. Surprising what can be fitted into a very neatly converted garage. We have family in the area and would be very happy to book this apartment again should the need arise.
