Hospitality and service were outstanding. Joanna the owner of the B&B and restaurant is just great. She made us feel as if we were at home. Food was great, sunday roast diner was great.

Helpful and kind staff. Beers and dinner in the inn. Breakfast was enough for us (cereals with fresh milk), however someone could prefer a salty option. Bathroom with a bathtub.

I have had the fortune to be a guest with David and Mark previously. It is always a pleasure and exceeded my expectations in all ways. They are fabulous hosts, and iI am saddened a little more to leave every time. The house is a treasure trove of sights it is exquisite and exactly what is needed for a little but of a country escape near the city. I look forward to staying with them again as always.

It’s a tiny little place but it has everything you need. We were even entertained by the cricket match being played at the cricket pitch in front of the cabin. We met a neighbour who was very friendly. Walking to the pub in the village is possible and our dog enjoyed himself too. We had lunch at restaurant PINE which was fabulous. All in all a great 24 hours 👍

Unbelievably good - amazing access to city centre. I even went for a run in the morning that was uninterrupted by crossings etc… not a lot not to like. Great communications with the host and a reasonable price. You absolutely will not be disappointed!

The apartment was immaculate and we couldn’t fault a thing; very well maintained with everything you need for a quality stay and brand new. Rachel our host couldn’t have been more helpful, what a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The bakery has delicious food and beverages and is an added bonus to the stay. We would highly recommend this establishment which is at exceptional quality for the price! Mr and Mrs King xx

    Amazing stay. Staff sooo friendly and helpful and so kind to our dog too. (He didn't want to leave). The restaurant does great a la carte breakfast and we had dinner there too. Lovely location with good walks nearby. Very quiet at night which we enjoyed. Room spotless. Great value for money
