Cleanliness of the bathroom and living room was great, there was everything necessary in the kitchen to prepare dinner, communication was great with the lady. Cottage has nice balcony and yard for resting, there is also great view from the window! All recommended! thank you for hosting us.

Extremely nice location. Stepantsminda is already a very nice town, but this cottage is like the very last cottage, high up town, with only the mountain in your back. It gives you a remote feeling in a town that is already remote. What makes it a dream is the master bedroom that overlooks the whole town, but also shows the wonderful mountains with the Gergeti Trinity Church as an absolute highlight. Amazing falling asleep and waking up with this view! Also plenty of space to park your car.

Everything is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style and the large space loft very much. The kitchenware is all new, the induction cooker is very easy to use, and you can contact the landlord in advance via WhatsApp and check in by yourself. Friendly reminder that only cash is accepted!
